Organic Pure Vanilla
Yes, the cost is always high when it comes to organic, pure vanilla extract and being an herbalist, I know what it takes to tincture vanilla beans and they alone are not cheap by any means. I love that this comes in glass, that means you can repurpose the bottle for something else when it is empty and you know that there are no toxins leaching into your vanilla from a plastic container. That's important.

Great Vanilla BUT YOU LIKELY WON'T RECEIVE 6 BOTTLES, AS ADVERTIZED
FIRST, my three stars is a review of the product, not the seller! This seller has an issue with shipping ONE bottle rather than the SIX advertised (read through the one-star reviews); this happened to me twice, and Amazon finally gave up and refunded my money plus gave me the equivalent price for 6 bottles as a gift card.

Madagascar Vanilla
Excellent vanilla flavor that is NOT watered down. It's as good as some name brands. Cost much less. Smooth and aromatic.

The flavor and scent are as expected, better than McCormick not as good as Penzeys. Good enough for daily use, will upgrade for the holidays.
